The MARS Customer/ Account Module imports and resolves account level sales, assets and registration information from the investment company’s record-keeping systems. The rep profile pops up as a separate window which can be toggled or minimized as with any open application on the desktop. Within the open rep window, all tasks available on the rep profile can be performed e.g. log call, look at history, drill down on sales, maintenance, move to firm record and more.
- The MARS Profiling feature provides the ability to create custom questionnaires for firms, offices and reps to allow your sales people to capture all essential information including details about your customers and prospects. MARS Profiling lets users create any number of profiles which can be printed and whose responses can be queried.
