Using electronic subscription, a feature of Phoenix’s STAR 2010-XMS system, financial advisors and investors jointly submit new investments, transfers, redemptions and account maintenance directly to Phoenix Transfer by way of the STAR 2010-XMS web portal.

STAR’s electronic subscription process uses the standard form of the sponsor organization custom rendered as an interactive PDF. Straightforward data fields and drop-down menus make the forms simple for the advisor to fill out and print with automatic alerts preventing many common errors. With a click, the form is submitted directly to the sponsor’s account team at Phoenix Transfer via the STAR secure web portal. There the form is immediately processed.
