Gus
Constantin
Founder
and Chief Executive Officer
Mr.
Constantin’s vision of outsourcing gave rise to the
formation of Phoenix American Financial Services, Inc. He
is the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of
various affiliated companies such as Phoenix American Incorporated,
Phoenix Leasing Portfolio Services, Inc., Phoenix Leasing
Incorporated, Phoenix SalesFocus Solutions, Inc., Phoenix
Transfer, Inc., and Phoenix Cable Incorporated.
Prior
to his founding the flagship company, Phoenix Leasing Incorporated,
in 1972, Mr. Constantin served as Director, Computer and Technical
Equipment of DCL Incorporated (formerly Diebold Computer Leasing
Incorporated), and as Vice President and General Manager of
its subsidiary, DCL Capital Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary
of DCL Incorporated. Prior to DCL, he was employed at Price
Waterhouse for three years as a member of their Management
Advisory Services Group. The two year period preceding his
tenure with Price Waterhouse was spent with Olin Mathieson
doing internal consulting for Olin’s operating divisions
as a member of their Management Engineering Group. Mr. Constantin
was also employed for four years by IBM as a data processing
systems engineer.
Mr.
Constantin received a B.S. degree in Engineering from the
University of Michigan and a Master’s degree in Management
Science from Columbia University.

Joseph Horgan
Senior
Vice President
Mr. Horgan
is the Senior Vice President of Phoenix American Financial
Services, Inc. Mr. Horgan has been with the Phoenix American
group of companies since 1998. He is responsible for the day-to-day
management of accounting and financial reporting for aircraft
clients with aggregate assets in excess of $3.4 billion.
Prior
to joining the Phoenix American group of companies, Mr. Horgan
was an auditor with Price Waterhouse LLP.
Mr. Horgan
received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration
with an emphasis in Accounting from California State University,
Chico.

Muna Hobaika
Chief
Information Officer, Vice President
Mrs. Hobaika
is the Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Phoenix
American Incorporated. She has been with the Phoenix American
group of companies since 2000. Mrs. Hobaika manages the Information
Technology Department, including the operations, network,
application development, desktop, and voice operations. Her
responsibilities include database administration, desktop
support services, help desk services, network management,
application development, voice and audio systems, business
resumption, and client hosting services.
Prior
to joining the Phoenix American group of companies, Mrs. Hobaika
was a Vice President of Wells Fargo & Co. and Manager
of the Consumer Credit Data Center. The Data Center included
computer and network operations, production support, security,
facilities, and help desk supporting 4000 users. She also
managed Technical Services, which included system programming,
storage management, and UNIX administration. Mrs. Hobaika
successfully developed the business resumption plan now in
existence at Wells Fargo & Co. She was responsible for
managing the software and hardware conversion to comply with
Y2K standards and managed the Data Center's Year 2000 roll-over
event. Mrs. Hobaika has been EDS certified.

Philip
M. Owen
Vice
President
Mr. Owen is the Vice President of Phoenix American Financial
Services, Inc.
Mr. Owen manages the Investor Services operations for Phoenix
American Financial Services, Inc. He is responsible for all
of the company’s investor services operations, client
services, marketing, and sales.
Prior to joining the Phoenix Companies, Mr. Owen spent over
20 years on Wall Street with the New York Stock Exchange
as Senior Managing Director of corporate finance and business
development, Chief Marketing Officer of Citigate, and Founding
Partner of Willoughby Partners, where he counseled some of
the largest public and private global companies on IPO strategy,
corporate and financial positioning, and SEC/SRO regulations.
Mr. Owen holds an M.B.A., a “Fellow” in Finance
and Marketing, and a B.S. in Business Administration from
Adelphi University.
