Gus Constantin
Founder, President, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Constantin began innovating the investor services industry with the founding of Phoenix American, Inc. in 1972. He serves as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer for the parent corporation as well as for its six subsidiary corporations: Phoenix American Financial Services, Inc., Phoenix Leasing Portfolio Services, Inc., Phoenix Leasing, Inc., Phoenix SalesFocus Solutions, Inc., Phoenix Transfer, Inc., and Phoenix Cable, Inc.

Prior to founding Phoenix American, Mr. Constantin served as Director of Computer and Technical Equipment for DCL, Incorporated (formerly Diebold Computer Leasing, Inc.), and as Vice President and General Manager of its subsidiary, DCL Capital Corporation. Prior to DCL, he served at Price Waterhouse for three years as a member of their Management Advisory Services Group. For two years prior to that Mr. Constantin, along with Olin Mathieson, performed internal consulting for Mr. Mathieson’s operating divisions as a member of their Management Engineering Group. Mr. Constantin also worked for four years with IBM as a data processing systems engineer.

Mr. Constantin received a B.S. degree in Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Master’s degree in Management Science from Columbia University.

Philip M. Owen
Senior Vice President

Mr. Owen manages the Investor Services operations for Phoenix American Financial Services, Inc. His responsibilities include all of the company’s investor services operations, client services, marketing, and sales.

Prior to joining the Phoenix American family of companies, Mr. Owen spent over 20 years on Wall Street: with the New York Stock Exchange as Senior Managing Director of corporate finance and business development, with Citigate as Chief Marketing Officer and was a Founding Partner of Willoughby Partners, where he counseled some of the largest public and private global companies on IPO strategy, corporate and financial positioning, and SEC/SRO regulations.

Mr. Owen received a B.S. Degree in Business Administration and an M.B.A. as a Fellow in Finance and Marketing from Adelphi University.

Jeff Iverson
Assistant Vice President, Director

Mr. Iverson has been with Phoenix American for over 20 years and is responsible for managing the daily investment operations and client retention for several clients. In addition, he acts as the company’s primary representative for industry events and is a member of the Investment Program Association Operations Committee and the DTCC AIP Platform Committee.

Prior to joining Phoenix Companies, Mr. Iverson worked in the banking industry for Westamerica Bank and Bank of Marin.

Mr. Iverson attended the College of Marin.

Joseph Horgan
Senior Vice President

Mr. Horgan is the Senior Vice President of Phoenix American Financial Services, Inc. and a Director of both Phoenix American Financial Services, Inc. and PAFS Ireland Limited.

Mr. Horgan has been with the Phoenix American group of companies since 1998. He is responsible for overseeing the management of accounting, financial reporting, cash management, administration and reporting to the boards of various aviation clients.

Prior to joining the Phoenix American group of companies, Mr. Horgan was an auditor with Price Waterhouse LLP.

Mr. Horgan received a B. S. degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting from California State University, Chico and is a certified public accountant.

Andrew N. Gregson
Vice President, Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Gregson is the Vice President and CFO of Phoenix American Inc., Phoenix Leasing Portfolio Services, Inc. and several other Phoenix American companies. He has been with Phoenix American since 1998. Mr. Gregson manages the finance and treasury functions of Phoenix American and its related companies. His responsibilities include forecasting, budgeting, compliance, financial reporting, and overseeing banking relationships, portfolio services, accounting and cash management for the Phoenix American Companies.

From 1994 to 1998, Mr. Gregson was an auditor with Arthur Andersen.

Mr. Gregson graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. degree in Economics and Physics from Amherst College.

Gerry Hastings
Director of Irish Operations

Mr. Hastings is the Director of Irish Operations of PAFS Ireland, Ltd. Mr. Hastings has been with the Phoenix American group of companies since establishing its Ireland office in 2007. He is responsible for the day-to-day management of accounting and financial reporting for certain aviation clients.

Prior to joining the Phoenix American group of companies, Mr. Hastings was Vice President of Finance with AerCap Ireland Ltd. In addition to its own portfolio of aircraft, AerCap managed a number of significant securitized portfolios and joint ventures comprising leased aircraft assets.

Mr. Hastings received his Bachelor of Business Studies degree at the University of Limerick and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.

Muna Hobaika
Vice President, Chief Information Officer

Mrs. Hobaika has been with the Phoenix American family of companies since 2000. She manages the Information Technology Department, including operations, application development, desktop support, and voice and audio systems. Her responsibilities also include database administration, help desk services, network management, business resumption, and client hosting services.

Prior to joining the Phoenix American group of companies, Mrs. Hobaika was a Vice President and Manager of the Consumer Credit Data Center at Wells Fargo & Co. The Data Center included computer and network operations, production support, security, facilities, and help desk supporting over 4000 users. She also managed Technical Services, which included system programming, storage management, and UNIX administration. Mrs. Hobaika successfully developed the business resumption plan now in place at Wells Fargo & Co. She was also responsible for managing the software and hardware conversion to comply with Y2K standards and managed the Data Center's Year 2000 roll-over event.

Mrs. Hobaika has been EDS certified.
